Why isn't my password being accepted?
There are a few things that could cause your password to be rejected by our servers. Here's a rundown:
- Your account has been suspended.
This can sometimes happen if your credit card has expired and you have not notified us with updated details.
- Update your credit card online here.
- Contact us at 770 590-0888
- Your username or password is being entered incorrectly.
- Remember that usernames and passwords are case-sensitive
- If your dialer prompts for a domain name, make sure that it's completely blank. Even a space in this field will cause the login to fail.
- Your username doesn't include a domain name (e.g., it should be something like jdoe, not jdoe@atlcon.net)
- You've got "lingering" information in your TCP/IP setup from a previous ISP
- Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Network
- Click on the DNS tab and ensure that there are no DNS servers listed.
