How does billing work?

Atl-Connect does not require you to sign a contract (with a few exceptions, such as co-location services) and will bill you for services in advance based on a frequency you select. For example, you may decide that you wish to pay monthly. In that case, we'll bill you on the first of the month for the upcoming month. If you decide to cancel your account in the middle of the month, we'll give you the option to cancel immediately and receive a pro-rated refund, or to cancel effective at the end of the month that's already paid.

If you choose to pay on a quarterly or annual basis, we'll give you a discount of 5% (for quarterly) or 10% (for annual).

Payments are due on the first of the month for the upcoming month. If your payment is 30 days past due, we'll suspend your account, and may require that you pay a reinstatement fee of up to one month of service. If your account has been suspended for more than six months without payment, we reserve the right to cancel your account, delete any files on our servers, and pursue the outstanding fees as we see fit (by contacting you directly, turning your account over to a collection agency, or contacting a lawyer).

If you indicate to us that you wish to pay by check, we'll bill you 10 days in advance of the beginning of the month so that you have time to put a check in the mail. If you choose to pay by credit card, we'll bill your credit card for new charges on the first of each month. If you provide us with a credit card for billing, you agree that we may continue to bill the credit card each billing period until you notify us otherwise.

For most services, we accept payments by check, money order, PayPal or credit card. The major exception to this rule is domain registrations; because we are required to collect payment before we complete the domain registration or renewal, we only accept payment for domain registrations by credit card.
