Canceling an account
If you wish to cancel your account, please send an email to billing@atlcon.net with your name and registration number, and let us know whether you wish to cancel the account immediately or at the end of your currently paid-up period. If your billing email address in our system is associated with your account, you should also provide us with your new email address so that we can send you a final statement.
We will usually respond with an email asking you to confirm that you've saved any files on our servers that you wish to keep; you can bypass this extra step by telling us in your cancellation email that you have already saved all necessary files. HOWEVER, you should be aware that our systems will delete ALL of the files associated with your account at the moment that the account is closed, so you should be absolutely certain that you've saved everything.
If you receive a statement with a credit balance, wait a day or so to see if we post the credit back to your card. If you don't receive a follow-up statement showing the credit, then just send an email to billing@atlcon.net to request the credit and we'll be happy to take care of it.
