Emergency Support (After Hours)
In the event of an after-hours emergency (e.g., server down, etc), you should
first attempt to contact us using the emergency support phone numbers that we
provide to co-location clients when they move in.
You may also contact
us by sending email to a special address. This will page after hours support and you
should get a response within an hour. Please do NOT use this contact method except for
true emergencies! Note that incidents that affect only your equipment may
incur additional support fees.
